Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. We strive to process your order quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Return Policy
We accept returns only for defective products. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, as per the delivery date. Please provide a photo of the defective product and contact us at info@am-biosuministros.com. We will assist you in sending a replacement package.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit to use on your next purchase with AM BIOSuministros.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds Process
