Meet Our Founders

Esp. Ing. Alberto Villalonga

Alberto is an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Management, focusing on Marketing, and holds a Diploma in Science and Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, he has represented the Dupont-Danisco brand in Venezuela for 10 years, specializing in rennets and cultures. He has participated in key events such as the II Andean Region Dairy Seminar in Bogotá and the 5th Andean Technolacteo Congress. Additionally, he received training with Sacco System in Milan, Italy. He is currently the representative for Codex-Ing in Venezuela and the United States.

MSc. Ing. Mariela Alvarez

Mariela is an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Finance Management and a Diploma in Science and Food Engineering. She has 20 years of experience in the dairy industry and quality assurance. She participated in the implementation of the Quality System at Nestlé’s El Tocuyo Plant in Venezuela and served as Quality Assurance and Control Manager for 13 years. She also took part in the II Andean Region Dairy Seminar in Bogotá, Colombia. Currently, she represents Codex-Ing in Venezuela and the United States.
